Check-in

On the eve of scheduled arrival (or Saturday prior to a Monday arrival), you’ll receive a message on your phone or on AirBnB with all the required information, i.e our address (88 rue de la Garonne, 83700 Saint Raphaël), and the Agency’s Office Hours.

Keys are to be picked-up directly from our Office / Agency.

Low Season :

Mon-Tue-Thu--Fri-Sat: 15h-18h/ 3-6pm

Wed & Sun: Keys are left at 14h/2pm in key kocker, and pincode texted.

July- August:

Monday- Friday : 15h-18h/ 3-6pm,

Saturday : 16h-20h /4-8pm,

Sunday : Keys are left at 14h /2pm in the Key Locker, and pincode texted.

If arriving after business hours, keys will be deposited in key locker and its pincode well be send you by SMS.

You can park easily at Place de l’Ortolan, located at the rear of the agency.
Other parking options are also available nearby: Kennedy car park, approximately 220 metres away, and Bonaparte car park, about 350 metres away.
All nearby car parks offer 15 minutes of free parking.

The agency is also located 300 metres (a 4-minute walk) from Saint-Raphaël Valescure TGV train station.
